Our wedding at Salero was truly unforgettable. Dawn and her team provided us exceptional service and The venue, nestled right on the beach, provided a breathtaking backdrop of Rehoboth beach from above. We had our ceremony right on the beach and thankfully the weather was PERFECT. It was exactly what I had envisioned.
We had our wedding here during the pandemic. Dawn was accommodating to our changing number of guests and was able to make some adjustments in our agreement. She was very responsive to email and phone calls during all of our planning. Our guests enjoyed the bird eye view of the beach from the venue as well.
We just recently had our wedding reception at Salero on May 28, 2022. We knew Salero was “the one” last year when we visited the venue and met Dawn. She made things so easy- from the day we made our first deposit until the day we made it official ❤️.
We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect wedding experience at Salero. We had our ceremony on the beach right in front of the venue, followed by our reception inside with all of our closest family and friends, and everything was absolutely beautiful from start to finish.
Getting married at Salero
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
