From the reviews
My husband and I knew we wanted our wedding to feel deeply rooted in the spirit of Hawai‘i — intimate, authentic, and surrounded by the lush natural beauty of the island, with a stunning ocean view. Holualoa Inn delivered all of that and so much more. The landscaping is absolutely impeccable.
Holualoa Inn is one of the most beautiful places we’ve ever stayed. We booked a wedding package that allowed us to rent out the entire inn for three nights, and being able to stay there with our families made the whole experience incredibly special.
We spent four wonderful nights at Holualoa Inn. The property is beautiful and pristine. It was very relaxing and peaceful. The staff is phenomenal and attentive. The breakfasts were delicious and the chef was able to accomodate my husband's food allergy. We had a hard time leaving the property.
My partner, and friends, love this Inn. The setting is spectacular, set in the middle of a coffee farm, overlooking the ocean. The service from the staff was great. We really enjoyed meeting them. The rooms are beautiful and the public space is charming.
Getting married at Holualoa Inn
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
