I got married at the Windrift on 11/21/25. I had an amazing experience from the start. Ronda is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She is also very responsive and answered any questions I had in a timely manner. Kelly and Reagan were my day of coordinators. They are extremely organized and took care of everything.
We just had a wedding at The Windrift. Ten out of ten! Banquet manager Rhonda was just amazing. She was very accommodating and her attention to detail was on point. Banquet coordinator Shannon was also on her game. They make great team! Everything they said they were going to do…they did.
Stayed here with my family and ended up getting upgraded to a suite. I highly suggest booking the suite as it is perfect for 5-6 people. The hotel is right on the beach and has a great restaurant.

Getting married at ICONA Windrift
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
