From the reviews
Great kayaking experience. Launch from beach or kayak pier. A bit windy but there is a creek that you can go up to that is shielded from waves and wind lots birds and fish to see. Worth a repeat visit.
This park has a lot of attractions and views. There is a swimming pool.open in the summer. The garden maze is pretty fun and has some games to play in the center. There is a hefty for kayaks and a ramp for small boats. Across from the pier there is a neat Viet of what appears to be a power plant.

I had no idea how much there is to do at Kings landing! And with fall foliage the scenery is absolutely beautiful!
Getting married at Kings Landing Park
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
