We recently had a reception for 200 people at the Leahi Room and Lanai at Deck, on the third floor of the Queen Kapi’olani Hotel, and it was an incredible success and we are still receiving compliments.
I just had my wedding Ceremony And reception here. I am from Seattle Washington, and had family and friends flying over from . I had no idea what to really expect and just put all my trust into Courtney and this venue. I definitely made the right decision! I could have not asked for a better place to have my wedding.

I had my wedding here and was blown away by the value of this venue. Our guests raved about the food all night long (we did a plated dinner). They took our guests food allergies very seriously and made sure everyone had a delicious substitute. (I heard the mushroom steaks were delicious!).

Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
