From the reviews
Had an enjoyable afternoon early dinner with a group. We started upstairs for cocktails. Lively environment with unbeatable views and music. We had two cocktails of the drink special list. Over $31 for the two.
The view is fantastic and we have always had great service. We love the chowder and tuna tartare.
This is my new favorite restaurant! I came in one day after I was out walking the beach. To my surprise, they had bar specials. I do believe it was Tuesday so I got the half price cauliflower bites. They were so good I got another plate! I also got a "skinny margarita" which was pretty good - very strong!
Beautiful ocean views, great service and delicious food! The bartender Sarah and the manager Sophia were absolutely incredible. I ordered the Lobster Crab Rangoon's and let me tell you, these are a must! My main course is was the Blackened Chicken Sandwich that came with Parmesan Fries. Delish!
Getting married at Mission on the Bay - Swampscott
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
