Beautiful Venue at a great price, and Melissa Merryman is an absolute pleasure to work with! I've attended many gatherings here over the years. It's always wonderful and I'm so happy we had our wedding reception here.
Recently got married at MoonStone Beach House and could not recommend highly enough. 10 stars if possible. Not only was the Beach House in an amazing location but very well set up and decorated. Any small parties/weddings in the area should genuinely consider this location.
I've coordinated several events and weddings since Stacie purchased the Beach House. I've always loved the venue but Stacie has made it so much nicer with dishes, glassware, and linens provided. They do the set up & breakdown of chairs on the beach for the wedding and the customer service and pricing is fantastic.
If you are looking for the perfect beach wedding, this is the place! The venue owner is a dream to work with and this venue rental comes with tables, chairs, & basic linens. Has a beautiful deck coming off the main venue and a grassy area where you can really elevate the space!
Getting married at Moonstone Beach House
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
