Well run, Marriott affiliated small boutique hotel in old town, in walking distance to the waterfront. Very dog friendly, reasonable fee. Cool little bar/restaurant hidden behind the lobby bookshelf. Cozy spaces to sit in the lobby by a fireplace. Bed was comfortable, and bathroom had nice finishings.
For quick night away this hotel checked all the boxes. Close to great restaurants, all within walking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was an event on site but it didn’t impact our stay in fact it added energy to the evening.
Great small historic hotel in down town Alexandria. My room is cozy, comfortable bed, and a nice sitting area in a corner location. Definitely back again once I come back this area. Thank you

First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
