My husband and I had our wedding over a weekend at Nine Pines in September. The location is more beautiful than you can believe, all of the venues gave us our dream day. Kelly and her staff are so generous and accommodated us through unplanned weather.
I never thought I would EVER come to Cadiz ky to do anything. But here we are. Nine pines retreat. This place is amazing. If your from the tri-state area its but an hrs drive to one (might be the only one) of the most peaceful, relaxing glamping spots.
This was a wedding trip for us, our son Aaron got married on Saturday June 6th here to his sweetheart Leah, let me tell you that this was the most beautiful wedding I’ve ever seen, the scenery was amazing, wedding planning, flowers, catering, and accommodation was A plus!
We had such a wonderful stay at Nine Pines Retreat. From the moment we arrived, we felt ourselves slow down and truly relax. It was exactly what we needed…a peaceful getaway to unplug from the busyness of everyday life and simply enjoy time together. The property was beautiful, clean, and thoughtfully put together.
Getting married at Nine Pines Retreats
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
