My wife and I booked the Oceanic for our wedding. My family has loved this restaurant since it opened, and I had to show the wife when we visited and were looking for the right spot to have our wedding. My wife and I had two big goals for our wedding, great food and great music.
🐊🐊🐊🐊🐊 5 Tails Up! We had a fantastic experience at Oceanic at Pompano Beach Pier. The location alone is worth the visit—beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean with a perfect coastal vibe. We enjoyed our drinks while taking in the scenery, and it doesn’t get much better than that.
AWESOME! Oceanic is beautifully decorated. The layout is perfect for moving around and for large groups. Bring so close to the beach is a major plus. My friends and I (7) had a BLAST! Our server, Amber, was FABULOUSLY FANTASTIC. Very pleasant and kind young lady. Thanks Amber for celebrating the birthdays with us.
Getting married at Oceanic at Pompano Beach Pier
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
