Just as the article in Southern Living described Pamlico Station is newly completely renovated with all the amenities to make a great vacation. Nice kitchen, huge walk in shower, and washer and dryer. Very clean with trendy furnishings.
My wife and I stayed here twice last Summer. The rooms are large and new. It's a nice walk to the beach and the view of the Pamlico Sound is spectacular. The place is very quiet. We went in the middle of July and then again in August. Both times the place was nearly empty.
A gem!! Upscale design, very stylish. So clean and new with nice touches like the redwood sauna and Marshall speaker. Absolutely love this place and will always choose to stay here. The beach is very easy to access just a short walk down a quiet road.

I could not believe this was on the Outer Banks — it was like a hotel I’d expect to find in Miami or the Hamptons.
Getting married at Pamlico Station Edgecamp
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
