Very pleased with our stay! The young lady who checked us in was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. The entire staff is very helpful. Room was very clean. Although the island's visitors are plentiful, once on the hotel grounds you are provided with an escape from all the passersby.
We were here in February 2014. What a great place to vacation. There is lots to do and see. Spectacular views around the island. We saw the smallest FedEx truck ever I think. We went on this submarine tour with this glass look through. Was very cool looking at everything under water.
I will NEVER stay anywhere else! My family had such an amazing experience. Christopher (Manager) and Matthew (Hospitality Angel) were amazing humans so hospitable and professional - our stay went above and beyond our expectation. The staff and hotel were perfection. LOCATION, ACCOMMODATIONS, CLEANLINESS, AND STYLE.
Everything about our stay was wonderful! The hotel is beautifully decorated with so much charm and attention to detail. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better.
Getting married at Pavilion Hotel
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
