From the reviews
This place was awesome! The view of the ocean from the balcony out side of my was beautiful. It had so much room and elevator's on all three floors in the house. The entertainment rooms were awesome as well. It was very spacious. It was 70 plus of my family members and myself.
Nice property, and great location. Needs some maintenance, and testing of amenities at the property to make sure they are working properly for guests before their arrival.
Beautiful home! Feels very cozy even though it's huge. Gorgeous views and perfect for a large gathering.
The Pine Island Lodge is a truly incredible event home located right on the beach in Pine Island between Corolla & Duck NC. We just loved photographing Ally & Tony's amazing day at such a gorgeous location!
Getting married at Pine Island Lodge
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
