Me and family had a fabulous time at house #333 My Blue Heaven. Very impressed with the pool safety locks and alarms that made us feel more comfortable having our kids there. The excellent house layout made visiting with others at the family reunion easy for smaller conversations as well as large group meals.

I recently stayed in the beautiful, spacious 14 Palms house, in OBX managed by Carolina Designs, and I couldn't have been more pleased with my experience. The property was exceptionally well-maintained and offered fantastic amenities, making my stay incredibly comfortable and enjoyable.
We had the most idyllic family reunion in the Outer Banks at My Blue Heaven (Carolina Designs #333). The home was so well laid-out and well-equipped (especially the kitchen and game room!), perfect for everyone from 2 to 82 to have a delightful week.

Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
