My sister and I were there in May. It was the best holiday we have ever had. The rooms are big, beach and pool great, staff are the best and location is perfect. Have to mention Gregory, Cherish, Liam and Aaron. We couldn’t ask for a better holiday. We are already making plans to return next year.
I have been here since November and it is now January. I love all the staff they are amazing the property is clean and the access to the beach is great. Aaron has helped me tremendously with all my needs he’s amazing. Tanner has accommodated me with everything I could need.
We had such a wonderful stay at Plaza Beach Resort in St. Pete Beach! The atmosphere was relaxing, beautiful, and had such a classic Florida beach vibe. The waterfront views were incredible, especially at sunrise and sunset, and the property was very clean and well maintained.
Warm and welcoming. A hidden gem. Direct beach access. Room was very clean and I was surprised that not being a chain hotel updated. There are beach chairs and umbrellas for rent if you don't want to pack all the beach supplies. There is a small beach bar. A little underwhelming.
Getting married at Plaza Beach Hotel - Beachfront Resort
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
