Had a wonderful experience at this resort. My room was beach front and very spacious. The rooms are newly renovated and not out dated at all. The kitchen also made a quick meal simple and easy. I would absolutely recommend this place for a weekend getaway or even a summer vacation.
Absolutely incredible location. Exceeded my expectations, the beach is closer than it looks on the pictures. The rooms were modern and upscale, everything was neat and clean. The location is immaculate. There deck and balcony views of the ocean were breathtaking.
We have a room facing the ocean. We can sleep at night with the sound of waves crashing on the beach. The rooms are cozy, clean and cute. It's a tad bit expensive but the location, the city nearby and the view are more than enough to justify staying there.
I had a second floor unit with a view of the ocean. It was great with just a few steps from the beach. I went in early October so it was not crowded and quiet. It was still warm enough to spend the day on the beach but wouldn’t recommend trying to swim.
Getting married at Sea Crest Resort
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
