Wonderful location. Ariel Dunes I 2004 was perfect and the view was lovely!! The mint chocolate chip ice cream there was amazing! A Great location for a family trip. Definitely recommend Seascape resort!!
We booked a condo to stay while attending the Topeka Sound Wave event which is located right next to the Seacape Resort. The close proximity to the music venue could not be better. We stayed on the 23 floor and the views are spectacular.
The absolute best vacation we’ve ever had! The process to access our unit was very easy. The unit itself came with everything you could need, and was beautiful. The resort itself is very nice to walk around, and the parking lot across from the beach was a much appreciated incentive. We will definitely be returning.

Getting married at Seascape Resort & Conference Center
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
