This place is brand spanking new and 50 yards from the beach. We were a family group with lots of rambunctious children. The sleeping level provides space for privacy with TV and WiFi throughout. It was pretty cool on the beach in December so we were in the house a lot. It’s a super comfortable place.
This house is amazing! Brand new with beautiful decor and amazing views from both sides of the home. We had a group of 10 women for the weekend for a local 5k and plan to stay here every year.
I took a mini vacation with my mother, sister and daughter from January 23-27, 2024. The house is beautiful and very comfortable. The location is fantastic. We enjoyed our stay immensely. I would definitely recommend SeaSons at the Point for your vacation. Our hostess, Lillian, was very accommodating.

Getting married at SeaSons at the Point
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
