I rented this hall for my 90's birthday party on August 4 and this place was fantastic. The owner was very helpful and he communicated with me very well. I love the hall it's beautiful and spacy also.
Highly recommend! The owner of the venue was extremely welcoming, nice and very communicative. Keep you in the loop with invoice every time you pay an amount towards the hall, which is a plus no matter how big or small the amount is. The space is nice and clean. Will definitely host there again.
Suite 3500 is an absolutely gorgeous event space. The customer service from the owner was exceptional and it was an easy process to rent the space. I loved the experience. I will be hosting other events. We had the space for my moms Repass. The bathroom was nice and clean. The event space was clean.
I love this place it was wonderful I had my daughter sweet 16 turn out beautiful the own are wonderful they’re friendly they work with you and for the right price it’s beautiful I will be doing my next event will be with them.. thank you
Getting married at Suite 3500 Events Venue
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
