If you want your wedding dreams to come true, you have to use chescaphe. From our initial tour, through the final minute, and even after our wedding, the entire staff was incredible. Joanna, our Day-Of coordinator, was so thoughtful caring and hard working. We never had any worries about our wedding.
My son had his wedding reception at this gorgeous venue. We also stayed at the hotel for a few days. I can’t say enough great things about the staff! Paul greeted us when we arrived and was pleasant and helpful. Rachel and the front desk staff are so accommodating. Steve and Eddie, the bartenders, were so friendly!
My niece had her wedding yesterday at the Switch House. It was absolutely beautiful and the staff was amazing. Top notch establishment and the food was delicious. I highly recommend to have any special occasion here especially if you are in the Philly area!
Our first wedding to photograph at a Cescaphe property and it was our absolute pleasure that it was at the Switch House. What can we say about this venue other than it is STUNNING. We love that it outside of the more busy areas of the city and had its own parking.
Getting married at The Switch House by Cescaphe
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
