We got married at Swan Cove and it was by far the best weekend of our lives. The wedding itself went so seamlessly and Kelly was super accommodating throughout the day. She made sure things were exactly as we envisioned them.
Swan Cove was the first and only place we looked at for our wedding. Once we arrived at the property to check it out, we fell in love with the property and Kelly. She was easy to work with and easy to talk to. She was accommodating whenever we needed an unscheduled zoom or phone call.
Nice place to rent out clean and smells great in each house. Great views I would love to live there permanently😀
We hosted our daughter and new son-in-law’s wedding at Swan Cove Manor, and couldn’t have been happier! The venue is absolutely beautiful, and Kelly was fantastic to work with! We had over 200 guests at the wedding, with approximately 60 staying on site for the weekend, and everything went smoothly!
Getting married at Swan Cove Manor
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
