Had a wonderful one week stay at the Cove at Cambridge with the whole extended family. The property is beautiful right on the Choptank river near the Chesapeake bay. The house is new and large, with plenty of space for 5 families. There are kayaks provided and we really enjoyed using them.
Amazing home for an Eastern Shore getaway with large groups. Beautiful home and views. Great amenities. Very family friendly (including on-site playground!)
My family & I had the most amazing weekend staying at the Cove. The house is beautiful & the view is breathtaking, but more importantly it felt like home. I had the best time kayaking with my dad & long peaceful walks with my sister.
Amazing home for an Eastern Shore getaway for a family of 16 adults and children. Views are amazing. Kayaking is amazing. House itself is great and very spacious. Management is very responsive to issues. We did run into a fly problem and AC issue but it was addressed same day. One thing I wish the house had was a pool.
Getting married at The Cove at Cambridge
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
