Where do I even begin. First off the venue is absolutely stunning. We had our wedding here and our guest were so impressed. I fell in love with the venue just from the pictures. Aside from the venue being amazing, I need to give a huge shoutout to Jennifer.
Wow! There are no words to describe the beauty of the Chapel on McEver! Everything was perfect for my daughters wedding day! Highly recommend the Chapel! We received so many compliments on our venue. Jennifer was very responsive and helpful throughout our year of planning! The most beautiful venue in North Georgia!
We had our wedding ceremony here and it was absolutely stunning. We received so many compliments from our guests. The entire grounds are beautiful from the getting ready areas, to the fountains, and of course the chapel.
I’m glad we did the photography at this venue. The Chapel at McEver is a very well designed venue. Plenty of natural bright light comes into the Chapel and reception. The rooms where the Bride and Groom get ready, do not have windows but their lights fill the rooms and are bright.

Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
