From the reviews
This hotel is a very enjoyable place to stay. Our very well appointed room offered a full view of the sea. The in-house restaurant is remarkably good! We sat outside and had a great view of the sea, the beautiful sunset and the passing train.
We love this place! We stay here whenever we can when visiting our daughter, who goes to Western. It is not, like, the Ritz-Carlton, but it has a clarity of vibe, hospitality, cleanliness, and comfort that is just lovely. And of course the location!
Beautiful rooms! We had a very large room with a book nook view of the ocean. Our bedroom was clean and the bathroom was fantastic. Jacuzzi tub and a shower. The little details made the difference. It came with bubble bath, full kitchen area. It was great. The customer service at the bar/resturant was also superb.
I visited the spa. Everyone was very warm and welcoming. The sauna is amazing and the view from the waiting room is gorgeous. The locker room is clean amd inviting. You get your own locker to keep valuables safe. And they supply big nice robes and sandals to wear while you are there.
Getting married at The Chrysalis Inn & Spa Bellingham, Curio Collection by Hilton
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
