A beautiful intimate venue! I had my baby shower at The Fig Room. Perfect set up & comfortably fits 25 people. Communication with the owner was very easy. I’ll be booking in the future for another party.
Katie at The Fig Room was a dream to work with. She gave great advice and ideas. The space was adorable. I would absolutely use them again, highly recommend them for any event.
I was able to have my baby shower here and I must say it was amazing. The venue is beautiful and staff was very nice. I would definitely recommend and book this venue again!!
We used the Fig Room for our wedding welcome party and loved it! All our guests complimented it the second it walked it, since it felt so cozy and intimate. The decor room had some great items, and kitchen had everything we needed! We truly barely needed to bring anything other than food and drinks.
Getting married at The Fig Room - Jacksonville Wedding and Event Venue
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
