We had our dream wedding for 50 people at the Perry House, and we couldn’t have been happier with everything! From the prime location to the delicious food, our wedding was perfect in every way. And thanks to our wedding coordinator, Francesca, planning everything was a breeze!
We visited recently for a friend's wedding and it was beautiful! The balconies have a gorgeous view of the bay. Kind and professional staff. Just a couple of things to keep in mind. 1. The mixed drinks felt watered down. My partner must have had 10+ mixed drinks before feeling a buzz.
We had our wedding at the Perry House last weekend and I could not wait to write a review. We had a fanatic experience working with Perry. The night went seamlessly and if something was wrong, we never knew! Truly enjoyed the event and working with Susan.
The perry house is a beautiful venue to have a wedding or other special event. We came here for my friends wedding and loved the whole place. The scenery and decor was wonderful, the food was DELICIOUS, and we loved the dance floor area.
Getting married at The Perry House
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
