From the reviews
We Booked three nights and this is our last night there but I can’t wait until it’s over to post! This place is amazing from the owner, all of the staff, and actually everyone staying here has been such a pleasure. Actually, the reason we are staying here is because our kids got us this as a gift for Christmas.
Recently had a beautiful weekend at the Tokeland Hotel with a dear friend and our pups. We loved the good energy from the place and the staff alike. All who work there seem happy to be there, and as weary travelers (coming from afar with bad cancer news in our hearts) their welcoming smiles and big hearts were warming…
We love the Tokeland Hotel. I was just scrolling through my photos and just viewing them gave me a wonderful sense of calm. The historic Inn feels like a home away from home. The history is fascinating, we enjoying learning about the Inn and the surrounding area. The restaurant is off the charts fabulous.
Getting married at Tokeland Hotel
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
