The Nordic lodge was the best place I could have had my wedding! Michelle was so accommodating the entire time and the place is beautiful! I will definitely come here again for gatherings in the future!
We got married at the Nordic Lodge and everything could not have gone smoother. Michelle was extremely helpful and prompt. The venue is clean and cozy. The grounds are beautiful with some trails too. Everyone had a great time!
We rented the lodge for an important Rotary meeting and it went off without a hitch, thanks to Michelle. Great communication. The lodge was the perfect setting…attractive, great floor plan, clean bathrooms and access to kitchen, if needed.
The Nordic Lodge is a comfortable, peaceful location to host an event. Well stocked with tea and coffee, tables and more…. the perfect place for a Board Retreat.
Getting married at Whidbey Island Nordic Lodge Hall
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
