From the reviews
Our stay at White Water Hotel on Moonstone Beach was absolutely amazing. From the moment we arrived, the attention to detail, stylish design, and relaxing atmosphere made us feel instantly at home.
I absolutely love this hotel. The architecture is so thoughtfully designed with every view out of a window gazing onto the beach like a painting. The interior design is top notch, but this seems to be a theme amongst the Common Thread Hotels group as I also stayed at their Prospect Hollywood Hotel and just WOW, the…
Awesome place. Incredible view of the ocean and moon rock beach. The details of the service add warmth to the experience. So far, our favorite is the basket delivered to the room in the morning that includes muffins, orange juice, teas and hot coffee.
Kudos to Bryce and Armando! Warm reception and full of great local suggestions for food, hiking, etc.! The boardwalk is just across the street that follows the ocean shoreline. At night we sat by the fire pit and had s’mores!
Getting married at White Water
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
