From the reviews
This is a great property on Nags Head Outer Banks. There are not a lot of commercial hotels in this is a very nice, clean property. Great beach access and very nice pool. It's not a gigantic resort, but for the Outer Banks it is a really clean beautiful hotel.
This is a fantastic oceanfront option if you’re planning a trip to the Outer Banks. It’s incredibly convenient to have direct beach access, and the combination of indoor and outdoor pools makes it a great choice no matter what the weather is like.
Great location free 🆓 parking great staff very clean environment right on the beach 🏖️ With view of the ocean 🌊 restaurant on bar so convenience and across the street you have restaurant as well We hope to be back very soon. Thanks for having us. 🙏
Good hotel. Rooms aren't bad, staff always seemed willing to help. Location is great it is kinda easy to find, has access to the road close to the beach, and main road, and of course the beach is right up against it pretty much.
Getting married at Hilton Garden Inn Outer Banks/Kitty Hawk
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
