From the reviews
Breakers is a nice rooftop lounge at the hotel. Very nice if you want to get out. Enjoy the nightlife in Long Beach. Look over the city. It looks absolutely amazing at night have your drink? The rooftop bar does not have any food. You actually have to go down to the floor below it in order to have dinner or appetizers.
Beautiful building with GORGIOUS VIEWS, but had some issues with our stay. 1. Our coffee machine had fake eyelashes in it (gross, but to the staff's credit, they were very apologetic and changed it out quickly). 2.
Evelyn was beyond amazing. We stayed here over the weekend for a wedding and she made the whole trip feel like home. She was very personable and sweet to all of us. Although she was very busy she didn’t make us feel like she was overwhelmed or too busy to engage in conversation.
Getting married at Fairmont Breakers Long Beach
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
