We just had our wedding at The Gatsby, and we couldn't be happier with how it went. It was the first venue we toured, and we knew immediately that this was the place for us. Our experience began with Elyse, who instantly made us feel cared for and made the entire process easy.
From the moment we first visited Gatsby on the Ocean, we knew this was the place for our wedding! The beach vibe was exactly what we were looking for. After we met Heather, the decision was made!
We toured one venue and one venue only—Gatsby On The Ocean. The moment we stepped inside, the beach location, the floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the shore, and the stunning high ceilings completely took our breath away. We booked it that very day without a moment of hesitation.
Our wedding was on September 27, 2025 and it was everything that we wanted and more! The Gatsby was the last venue that we looked at and we were so pleasantly surprised after our meeting with Elyse. We really wanted a beach wedding and wanted a venue that felt a little more unique.
Getting married at Gatsby On The Ocean
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
