We had our wedding at the Grand Hotel in Cape May, and it was truly the most beautiful day of our lives. The weather was perfect, the setting was stunning, and the entire team there went above and beyond to make everything feel magical. Our wedding coordinator, Katlyn, and her team were absolute stars.
We arrived on Saturday 12/20 and were greeted by a staff that felt welcoming. We were upgraded to the King George Suite with a view of the ocean and two decks and a full size kitchen and 3 bedrooms. I got engaged to my girlfriend and it made it absolutely perfect. It was a beautiful room and just breathtaking views.
I love coming to The Grand. It hosts the perfect beach getaway. The rooms are beautiful, redone and clean. The facility itself is also beautiful. Indoor (saltwater) pool. Outdoor pool. Both are of decent size. There is a large room selection. They have ocean view with semi-private balconies with rocking chairs.

Getting married at Grand Hotel of Cape May

First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
