From the reviews
We spent our honeymoon at the Montreal in November 2019. We have been coming back every year in December since our honeymoon. I have been coming to Cape May for 50 years. We love the motel, location, rooms are spacious and clean. Great view of the sunrise and the ocean and the sunset.
Pretty nice and clean place! It's right on the beach and the beach is about 2-4 minutes walk depending on your speed. Room 303 has a seperate living room area attached to a patio while Room 212 has a big bathroom.
good location for beach. We went there in late April, we noticed they had repaved the beach walkway. It was quiet and a bit chilly in April. The room is clean. I was surprised they have one ev charging spot in the back of the hotel. But it seems not working with my tesla adapter.
This resort offers a classic, relaxing seaside getaway that is hard to beat if you want to be right on the water. The location is perfect for those who want easy access to the beach, and having amenities like a pool and a patio bar right on-site makes it really convenient to just settle in and relax without having to…
Getting married at Montreal Beach Resort
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
