From the reviews
We held our wedding reception at LSCC in October 2022. It was BEAUTIFUL scenery. Lisa was amazing to work with in all the decisions and planning that went into ensuring the event went as planned. She coordinated everything and every detail. I never felt like I had to make sure something else was taken care of.
We had our wedding here at Lake Shore and it couldn't have been more perfect and beautiful. Lisa was easy to work with,w communicated to make sure everyone was on the same page.
This was a fabulous place to hold our reception! Lisa, the catering director, was absolutely amazing. After one meeting, we were able to plan almost the entire reception. She had everything we needed and didn't even know we wanted!!
This is a lovely venue in a beautiful setting. I am employed here too, so you could say that I am biased, but that also means that I understand the work that goes on behind the scenes to put an event together.
Getting married at Lake Shore Country Club
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
