This camping in open public lots amongst and in close proximity to others. There are good sites, some with a fire pit and wood picnic tables. The ocean is cliftside but absolutely stunning. They have a no noise policy after 9 pm and strictly enforced.
Lovely quiet spot with perfect ocean views. It was 48°F in the morning on July 1st. Everyone is helpful. The rooms have been updated for comfort and serenity. Would definitely visit again. Highly recommend.
Cozy little oasis by the ocean. Nothing like going to sleep by a warm fire listening to the sound of the ocean. Ocean cove is really a beautiful place to land. New owner and staff were welcoming and accommodated our needs. Most of the rooms have been renovated and are quite nice.
A wonderful place to spent weekends or anniversary especially for couples. A beautiful view from the room. Cozy location. Quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Ocean is right next to the lodge. The restaurant and bar is superb. I love the NY steak taste. The cook did an amazing job. Definitely, we're planning to come again!
Getting married at Ocean Cove Lodge
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
