Bride here!!! Found The Lodge while looking for Ca coastal venues. When I first stepped foot on the property I instantly knew it was the one :) from the endless Sea Ranch sweeping views to The Sea Ranch Burger with a side of side winder fries, I have fallen in love with this property more and more.
We recently had a small wedding at The Sea Ranch Lodge. From the time we inquired with the hotel til the moment we checked out we received top notch service. We worked with several different people at The Sea Ranch Lodge while planning and everyone was helpful and responsive.
I had the blessing of having my wedding here. It was a fun journey to get here and it was so worth it. I pretty much booked my wedding sight unseen and wow was I impressed!! There’s nothing like it!! My guests and I all came from out of state and they all enjoyed the food and the views.
I recently got married at sea ranch lodge and Zach made it the easiest experience I could imagine. From lodging to meal planning - he had it covered. My wife and I have been coming here for years and our family has stayed here too.
Getting married at The Sea Ranch Lodge
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
