One Thirty One Events by Trigo in the Historic heart of Panama City FL is absolutely beautiful! I've hosted a few events there and had a wonderful experience. On May 17th, I hosted my Daughter's Graduation Party. I was very pleased with the new renovation, venue staff, food and overall experience.
We hosted a rehearsal dinner for 75 guests at One Thirty One Events by Trigo for my sons wedding and it was great! We brought in our own decor the morning of the event, and as promised, they had their part all set up for us already w/tables, chairs, tablecloths, audio/visual equipment, etc....
We had our wedding reception here and I highly recommend using this venue! The food was incredible and everything was set up for when I came the day prior to set up my decorations, but the staff could have been nicer and more helpful than they were, including the owners.
We had our wedding reception at One Thirty One Events in December of 2024. It was the absolute easiest venue to work with! From the elegant decor, to the service and easy communication, to the amazing food (it's March and friends and family are still telling us how good it was!
Getting married at One Thirty One Events by Trigo
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
