The Pelham House Resort is by far one of the best venue options for a Cape Cod wedding. Not only does it have gorgeous waterfront views of the Nantucket Sound, but it also has a private sandy beach perfect for wedding portraits.
Pelham House Resort is an exceptional wedding weekend venue and accommodations destination. Hosting multiple events onsite felt seamless thanks to the incredible team and thoughtful flow of the property.
Clean, spacious, and quaint location. Room was relatively basic but the TV was nice quality and the bed was very comfortable. Had everything we needed - close to the beach, nice pool/patio area, and they even set you up with a wagon for beach days. We did see a rather large coyote Saturday AM at around 8am.
Getting married at Pelham House Resort
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
