This is a beach motel right on the beach. They have 2 outdoor pools, 2 outdoor hot tubs, and an indoor pool as well. They are slowly acquiring little cottages in the area to include in their inventory as well. We stay in a Value View room every June.
Great location for a good price. The rooms are spacious the one we stayed in seemed recently renovated. The bathroom had a shower tub combo with jacuzzi bathtub.
PERFECT for a family getaway. Rooms are comfortable, the beach is great and we enjoy the amenities like the pool, hot tub & outdoor cafe too. It’s a family feel where the people that stay there converse and enjoy each other’s company. We look forward to going back each summer and seeing familiar faces.
I've only been here overnight, but my first impression is awesome. Parking is tight. The room has everything. Beds are comfortable. I'm looking forward to the pool, jacuzzi, and beach. The owner assisted us with bags. On our third day. The room is great. I sit out on one deck and haven't used the second deck.

First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
