Husband and I stayed at Pilgrim House for 4 nights 6/4/26-6/7/26. It was our first visit to Provincetown. The location is great. We drove and they had parking available on site. Rooms were clean and beds were very comfortable. We saw a comedy show in their event room, which was a ton of fun.
This is a great location, slightly east of the center of town, and right on commercial Street. I have stayed several times over winter months as it is one of the few locations that stays open year round. On season, the on site restaurant and proximity to pretty much everything in town is really convenient.
Pilgrim House was the most perfect place to stay in Ptown! Great location, centrally located but still quiet and relaxing. Maria & her team made our stay exceptional, they had great local recommendations. We can’t wait to come back!
Getting married at Pilgrim House Provincetown
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
