The Ballroom at the Reserve is such a gorgeous place to get married! I had so many people ask me “How did you find this place? It’s awesome!” The price point is fantastic, especially compared to similar venues in the area, and they’re above Lion’s Tail Brewing, so you can serve some delicious beer at your wedding!
If you’re looking for a beautiful vintage venue with lots of nostalgia in the Fox cities, I highly recommend the ballroom at the reserve. The staff is amazing, perfect location, downtown, and an overall vibe that is very welcoming.
The Ballroom At The Reserve was everything and more that we wanted in our wedding venue. From the historical feel, big windows, ability to bring in our own vendors, made our day feel incredibly special. Julie answered every question we had so promptly and was incredibly personal.
Over 1 year in the planning, our daughter and new son-in-law’s wedding was at the Reserve in June. Jess the event manager sure had all of the bases covered including keeping my drink filled. She took care of us before, during and after and can’t say enough how much fun everyone had.
Getting married at The Ballroom At The Reserve
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
