From the reviews
If you’re looking for the spot to have your 100-150 person wedding, look no further. We had our wedding here in November and were absolutely blown away. Prices were reasonable and there were so many options. Maddie as the venue coordinator was fabulous, responsive and helpful.
The Cooperage had been on my radar for a while as a dream wedding venue. The first time I ever saw it I fell in love with the cream city brick, chandelier/natural light, and riverside property (Boone & Crockett is a vibe), and I knew it would be a good fit for my wedding.
We got married at The Cooperage in late May 2025 and worked closely with Maddie to plan the day. While communication was a tad rocky at the start, that quickly flipped and Maddie was AMAZING!! When you think girl boss, Maddie should be the first person that comes to mind.
I was here to see The Beaches last week and the venue itself is wonderful! Small place but it felt big enough for a small concert. Outside of the venue, there were a few food trucks that look like they are there year round. And there was free parking too!

Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
