My spring stay at the Lucie Hotel was absolutely beautiful from start to finish. The website perfectly captured its charm, and booking was seamless. Stephen made all the difference—attentive, thoughtful, and genuinely proud of his work. He greeted me personally, honored every request, and made me feel truly valued.
One of Florida’s best-kept secrets. Do yourself a favor and book the oceanfront room—the extra cost is worth every penny. Crack open the slider at night and let the sound of the waves put you to sleep. There’s no giant resort pool or destination restaurant here, but that’s not why you come.
This is a hidden gem! We have been coming for a number of years and they continue to make small, but noticeable improvements overall. On this last visit we saw that the pool tile had been updated to a beautiful blue hue! Staff and service are also excellent. Worth booking ocean front vs standard view.
Great boutique hotel, reasonably priced for oceanfront and super comfortable rooms and great views. Loved the tiki bar by the pool and the staff, especially Joseph, were all amazing. Will be back for sure!
Getting married at The Lucie
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
