We just had our wedding there and all of our guests had a wonderful time. There are a lot of activities you can do and the lodge is incredible. Denise was a lovely host and it was great to talk to her. This place will remain in our heart forever and we will definitely come back.

Rented the A frame house and we had our own private island with incredible views, crystal clear water 77degrees, and peaceful relaxation. Denise, the property manager, made sure we were well tended to all week. Incredible summer vacation spot! Just incredible.
Everyone loved the north wing! We rented this for our family for my wedding. It has three bedrooms and a loft. The first bedroom is the master and has a wonderful soft queen sized(I believe) bed with electric fire place. The second room also has a queen(I believe) sized bed with an electric fireplace.
Getting married at The Oliver Lodge
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
