The Terrace Room is a gorgeous venue! We had our wedding in October at the Terrace Room and loved it so much! Our guests also kept telling us how they enjoyed the venue and that the brunch food was delicious. Candi and Byron were great to work with - kind, organized, and communicative.
We held our wedding ceremony and lunch reception at the Terrace Room, and couldn't have been happier with the result. We went with the Madison room to better suite our party size and budget, and elected table service for food.
We had our wedding at the Terrace Room in March and absolutely loved it. Candi and Byron were great to work with from the start and the whole team on the day of the wedding was friendly and professional.
Attended a wedding and reception there and the view was spectacular, the food was good, the bar nice and I'd recommend it.
Getting married at The Terrace Room Events
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
