From the reviews
We stayed here last year. Loved it!! Beautiful views! Quiet and cozy!! We brought our son with us on a trip to California and this was his favorite place we visited! If you can impress a 9 year old without electronics, you have a winner! The owners were great and even left a special snack for our son.
Stayed here in August with my wife on our anniversary. The view was great. Everything was clean. The parking situation was a little strange but not terribly inconvenient. We just parked on the dead end of the road next to the inn. It looked like the other guests did the same.
We went for our honeymoon a couple years ago during May (wish I would have written a review then, but take what you want from my review now...) Suite had cool nautical theme decor inside, full kitchen in room stocked with dishware, pans, a BUNCH of stuff to cook with. ...
Small, quaint, and beautiful seaside inn and village. You are encouraged to cut off the distractions of your phone or TV and just take in the scenery and you will be surprised by the marine life and the secrets of it’s beauty. Verna and Eric were the gracious hosts who made our girl’s weekend special.
Getting married at The Tides Inn
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
