We got married at Wrightsville Manor in February 2023 and when I say it was like a fairytale, that does not even begin to do the day justice. When our day started, it was gloomy outside and looked as though it would rain so, as much as as I wanted an outdoor wedding, we set up the inside just as case.
My husband and I couldn’t have picked a better venue for our day!! We found Wrightsville Manor, took a quick trip from Chicago to tour it and instantly fell in love. It’s the dreamiest venue with the kindest people!
Funny enough, I originally found Wrightsville Manor as I saw a picture on a bridal store's Instagram with the venue in the background and thought it was so gorgeous, clicked on the location and saw that it would be near where my now husband was moving for work!
Book Wrightsville Manor for your wedding! Couldn’t recommend enough! The venue is beautiful. From the outside spaces and greenery to the inside bar and reception space, all so pretty. The gardens and greenery are so stunning! We are so happy we chose Wrightsville Manor for our wedding.
Getting married at Wrightsville Manor
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
