My husband and I have had a unique experience with Newagen - we've stayed as regular guests, but also just had our wedding here last weekend! So, this review won't be the most brief.
We had our wedding at the Newagen Seaside Inn on the weekend of October 11, and it’s honestly hard to put into words just how magical the entire experience was. From the moment we arrived, every single member of the staff made us feel cared for, supported, and completely at ease.
My son and now DIL had their wedding weekend at Newagen and honestly the wedding guests all raved about the Inn and especially the service and food. We booked out the whole inn including the cottages and having the whole place to ourselves just added fun to the experience.
My husband and I just got married at Newagen Seaside Inn and it was beyond fantastic. The service, food and picturesque location made it a perfect weekend. The staff handled everything with ease and there was never a moment where we were stressed.
Getting married at Newagen Seaside Inn
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
