We got married at The Starling on June 24th, 2023! From start to finish, it was an ABSOLUTE DREAM! We cannot recommend this venue enough-- we are still getting compliments on every aspect of our wedding, from the staff to the venue itself!
I recently had my micro wedding ceremony and reception at The Starling and it was the best day ever! I couldn’t have pulled it off without the help of the entire team at The Starling. They made the day run smoothly and stress free. All my email communication and questions were answered so quickly too.
I don't even know where to begin - my husband and I cannot recommend The Starling enough. We had our ceremony and reception at Starling on August 8 and we truly couldn't imagine having it anywhere else. The moss wall and all the plants, the beautiful interior, the boardwalk.
We were lucky to be one of the first several couples married at The Starling, and the Two Birds Event Group did not disappoint! First a HUGE shoutout to Tanner, whom we worked with leading up to the event, and to Tyler who led our Wedding day as event coordinator.
Getting married at The Starling | A Two Birds Event Group Venue
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
